I recently purchased a Fitbit Versa and it's been a week now and I'm having issues with text replies. I've YouTube issues and the say to click on the REPLY button but I don't see a REPLY button when I read text messages. Also it disappears after a few seconds and when I press the button on the upper right it says it's all up to date and no notifications.
I need help!!!

Hi, have you set notifications on on your Versa as well as on your mobile device? That's needed so your mobile device is able to send notifications to your Versa.
To check whether both are enabled, do this:
1. On your Versa press and hold the left button untill you see the activity screen which tells you if your display is set to automatically or not and if notifications are enabled.
2. Go to the settings of your Versa and scroll down to notifications and check if they are enabled.
3. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons untill you see the Fitbit logo. When it's on your display, release the keys.
4. On your mobile device, press the watch icon on your dashboard and you will be taken to the page were you also can choose clock faces, etc. Scroll down to notifications and enable whatever notifications you wanr to be send to your Versa. After that restart your mobile device also. Make sure that BT is set to on on your mobile device. Good luck.
