Disgruntled user. My first two charge 2 had faulty bands ... replaced as manufacturer knew they were not made well enough to withstand normal wear. Should have set off alarm bells. Upgraded to versa .... it stopped working when I finished a 3k jog & 500m swim.... only after 3 months of wear. Manufacturer replaced because they knew it was faulty. Fourth Fitbit purchased & screen cracked in less than 2 months. Watch is in near perfect condition. Manufacturer won’t replace or repair. I’ve had enough of these cheaply made watches.

Hi, I really understand your frustration and anger, but I have other experiences with Fitbit products. Owned the Surge, Blaze, Ionic and now the Versa, without any problems with each of these devices. You may be just very unlucky. Is there a way we can try to help you with your problem or did you just wanted to "spill your guts", which is of course totally understandable.
