Multiple Clock Faces Not Showing Temperature

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have selected various different clock faces that feature a temperature reading as seeing the current temperature at a glance is important to me. Some days they work and other days there is nothing I can seem to do to make them work! I have contacted the various developers and they all suggest I sync my Versa and then swipe up and then go back to the face. Still does not work. This is frustrating. Even my husbands old Samsung Gear show the weather on the face with no problem. I have checked Bluetooth, wireless connection, etc. and nothing seems to work. Can someone please recommend the appropriate settings I need to check so I can get this to work consistently? Thank you.

Thanks. I just find the small handful of Fitbit developed watch faces underwhelming. A virtual pet? No thanks. And the others are about as basic as I had on my Alta. For $200 I expected more. And I don’t get why some developed faces work for most and not for others.

Hi, regarding this: "And I don’t get why some developed faces work for most and not for others.", I think that there are two reasons for this:

1. Bugs in the software of the Clock Face

2. Not everyone mentions their problems withj Clock Faces in this community or are no member of it.
