Ok, well this is serious

I bought the new Fitbit Versa 2, then what happened is, is that i wanted to try on the large band (i was wearing a smaller band btw) then this happens

I tried to get the small band back on the watch. Then it didn't fit in.

I tried this for 1 hour and theres nothing i can do.

The band is way to big and its not able to fit inside the watch

I just wasted 328 dollars on a tracker and now i can't get a band back in

I'm so stupid, I should've never took off my band

I'm completely an dumb idiot

If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know right away

Please don’t be so hard on yourself, @Bil123 . It can be tricky to change bands. Tap here for instructions, along with illustrations and videos. I hope that helps. Personally, I found it gets easier in time.

It can definitely be a struggle to get the classic bands back in. Here is a video I made to try to help people change bands: https://youtu.be/VthDWcufCbg

Hope you get it back in!

I am not being hard on myself at all, but this design is terrible.  Any person with dexterity issues, arthritis or similar is going to have a very difficult time changing out the band.  What were they thinking?

It's not just you; this design is horrible. I just upgraded from a Charge to a Versa and I HATE the bands. I like to change my bands almost every day and got more than a dozen colors/materials when I got the Versa so I could change them out. It sucks. My fingers hurt and it completely destroys my nails. I've watched several videos and holding the band at an angle instead of parallel to the Versa face helps and I'm hoping it gets easier the more I practice, but this design is terrible.

I just had the best workout I've had in a long time!  Simply trying to change the band on my new Versa 2,  took an hour and I truly worked up a sweat.  Finally resorted to cutting a small piece off the top of the band so it would actually fit in the slot.  Terrible design!  I don't know what they were thinking.  I wonder if compatible bands bought from places like Amazon would work any better?  Has anyone tried any bands not bought directly from FitBit?
