I've had my Versa since Sept-2018 and have no problems with it until a few weeks ago. I'm pretty sure it started with one of the updates. At first, it stopped tracking my steps and my heart rate no matter what I did. I did a factory restart and that worked to get it to start tracking again. But then my battery started dying after 10 hours, so I've been charging it 2x per day. Now this morning it wont turn on and wont charge. I've tried different ports, different chargers... nothing is working.
I'm syncing to an Iphone 11.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
