Difficulty in changing Wrist Band - Versa 2

I am using Fitbit Versa 2. I find it very difficulty to fix the straps. Everytime it comes out it takes me atleast an hour to fix it back. 

 

Yesterday evening again it came out and I have still not managed to put it back. It is frustrating. I am carrying my Versa 2 in the pocket since yesterday evening.

 

I have gone through the manual and even videos on you tube, but nothing is working out and itis really frustrating.

 

Kindly help.
