Having an issue installing a new Versa 3 to my smart phone. I've had a Versa 3 for about 18 months now and it is no longer working. Trying to install a new Versa 3 today and chose the replace option. The app and watch are connected but the install process keeps stalling then restarting. Been doing this for about 2hrs now. Both watch and phone are fully charged. Never had any issues with the app before. It says the process can take more than 20mins, so I'm thinking 2hrs is a bit excessive...

2hrs and 40mins for the New Versa 3 to install and update. Maybe a good idea to update the estimated install time to "can take up to/exceed 2 hours to complete installation..."

Hi @kcbass try support - phone or chat is the easiest way to connect. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Is this installation of the firmware that your asking about?
Steps I've done after 10 minutes of no progress
Kill the fitbit app - I do this trough the phone settings
Try again through wifi
If fail I try without WiFi. (this will fail) and the app gives the option to use Bluetooth. Which I choose.

BTW: a couple of minutes to setup and 20 minutes to install the firmware, over Bluetooth, while driving to work.
