Versa 3 Not been getting a regular detailed sleep pattern

I have not been getting a regular detailed sleep pattern other than a straight line with no detail of deep, light or Rem sleep for weeks. Occasionally it will show but only very rarely.  I have contacted Customer help and chat line but they have done nothing to sort out the problem. I have tried all they have suggested but to no avail and now it seems they have abandoned me!  Very disappointed. While everything else seems to be working OK I do need to check the areas of my sleep detail. I wondered if anyone else has experienced this problem or maybe has an answer - many thanks

Thank you for sharing all these details about the inconvenience you've been having with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. 

 

I've been informed that you have indeed contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed. Keep in mind that if a case is escalated to a higher level of Support, it may take a bit longer than usual to receive a response, but you should be receiving a reply soon. I recommend that you continue the communication with them so they can provide you with the next steps.

Thanks David for your message. It’s been very frustrating as my Charger 3 has been such a great help to me with health details etc. suddenly, it stopped showing my area of sleep details in early February -  except an occasional night where it showed the areas of sleep - light,deep REM and awake. It must be some sort of intermittent fault but nobody has been able to help so far. It’s very frustrating. I have been waiting for quite a while for an answer from customer services after sending my iPhone and software details. I’m hopeful they will contact me soon. Regards Gerry

This has been my issue as well I am now into my third watch. The full sleep score gives up and all I see is the length of time I have slept. It is now nearly a month since it stopped. Many calls and trying everything to make it work. I bought this watch because I wanted the full sleep score especially the oxiganation  levels. This also affects the health metrics. It isn’t complete either. I have been told that my issue has been sent to a further up person and they will contact me. Every time I call it hasn’t been resolved. Everything else I use on my watch seems to be working. 
Not very happy.

Hi - Thank you for making contact. It seems you have exactly the same issue as myself! I notified Fitbit weeks ago and after initially helping me through the various instructions to correct the problem, when that didn’t have any effect, the contact has stopped after being told “a higher level team” would be in touch to help - they haven’t - disappointing.

We have exactly the same problem!!

 

I bought this watch expressly wanting to get a good and proper sleep diagnosis compared to cheaper Chinese ones which did kinda work by the way.

 

This Versa 3 tell me nothing. It records perhaps 1-1.5 hours of sleep every 3 weeks!! I've wondered why and I am wearing the band correctly and yet nothing!!

 

Hey. I sleep poorly and that sucks hence the purchase to try and help educate me...

 

It does steps! Says great job and rewards me for movement I knew I already did!! Just sleep track me properly please!!!

 

And oh ya!  Not used to the watch enough to remember Google assistant is there but the watch talks to my 6 times more than I speak to it!!

 

It isn't even linked I thought, but it actually called my city police through my Bluetooth one day when after picking up my 5 year old he spoke in the back seat of my truck mind you, he'd call the police if that kid would bully him anymore.

 

Then, my 2019 dodge RAM limited, yes, top of the line but yet, my watch heard him, and called the civic number versus 911 for the police.

 

I didn't say or do anything and my truck and screen is suddenly lit up over the speakers with a police call!!!

 

Hey, I am a firefighter so I don't care and could easily dismiss that but what the hell!!??

 

I can't answer a voice call properly on this thing despite instructions. It has once out of 50 times sent a voice text back...

 

Like what the hell???!!!

 

I'm not looking for money back but **ahem**, I want it to work and especially for the sleep function.

 

It's the only thing it doesn't do right!!!!

I will contact Fitbit again. I am thinking of cancelling my premium subscription as is comes up next month for renewal. If I can’t get the full sleep score it makes sense on cancelling.
