PLEASE READ FIRST: Please do not suggest using a Bluetooth tracker to find it. I did not lose my Fitbit. It was stolen out of my things while I got dressed three feet away in my gym's locker room.
While I was at the gym yesterday, someone stole my fitbit out of my stuff. I didn't see who it was, and all I have is the last sync time. I noticed almost immediately, but I assumed that it had fallen deeper into my bag or something, so I dumped my bag to look. It had not.
My main questions are the following:
1. While it seems there is no way to track this device (for some reason, even though it is GPS enabled), is there any way to see where it is when it is connected to someone else's Bluetooth?
2. Can Fitbit block it from being used when it is turned on?/Can Fitbit do anything at all about this?
3. How can I keep the info stored on my watch safe? (E.g., wallet, personal info, etc.)

Hi @StolenfromSeth the only way to see if it's been set up on another person's account is if it no longer shows as being on your account. Fitbit can't turn it off remotely. They can tell if someone else has set it up on a different account, but due to privacy issues, it would mean getting law enforcement involved. As for your personal information, you might want to inform your bank about this and see what steps can be taken. Since I'm not sure about all that is involved, I've asked a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to assist you. The bluetooth finder would help if someone has your device within range of you.

@Odyssey13 , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your help and information shared.
@StolenfromSeth , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 got stolen.
To know the possibilities to block your Ionic, you better contact Support as some information has to be verified.
Regarding your information, you can remove or suspend the cards you added to the device using the Wallet section of the Fitbit app. If you lost both your phone and your Fitbit device, you can log into your fitbit.com dashboard on a phone, tablet, or computer to delete the cards you added to Fitbit Pay*. For instructions, see How do I remove or suspend a card from Fitbit Pay?
You can still make payments using the physical debit or credit cards, so contact your bank if the cards were lost or stolen.
Keep in mind that no one can use your device to make a payment without first entering your personal 4-digit PIN code.
The other personal information cannot be retrieved from your watch and will be deleted if the other person tries to setup your watch to an account.

See you around.
