Hi,

I am so discouraged.  I have the Fitbit Versa.  I have it synced and bluetoothed to my Samsung Galaxy J7 works great.  I have the Dongle plugged into my PC and my watch is on the Charger why wont it find the WIFI?  Also, isn't there a way to add my music from my computer to my watch without WIFI?  The watch is plugged into the computer so why can't I just transfer music over to it??  Why all the hype with the WIFI if its plugged into the computer?  I plug my phone into my computer and can transfer music onto it.  Why not the same for the Fitbit Versa?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulties you're experiencing with connecting your watch to Wi-Fi and downloading music to your watch. I totally understand how you are feeling and appreciate your feedback. Our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome.

 

To download playlists to your watch, you need a computer with a Wi-Fi connection and the free Fitbit Connect app. I recommend following the troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch?

Hi.

 

The issue is the Wifi on my computer is different than on my watch and I can't change the Wifi on my computer. Also, I have the dongle I thought that was supposed to help with this process?  How can I download my music from my computer that I am sitting at right now to my fitbit versa using fitbit connect on my desktop and the dongle that I was told I needed WITHOUT WIFI?

Please someone tell me how to do this.  Music on computer, Fitbit connect on computer, dongle plugged into computer and my fitbit is on the charger.  Now What??
