Hi @Mo2blc9500 Unfortunately Fitbit does not give out that information. You just need to keep your eye on the Supported Devices List

Welcome to the Community, @Mo2blc9500 and @NellyG, thanks for the input.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate the feedback provided. Regarding your inquiry, Fitbit is compatible with more than 200 of the most popular Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices.

The full list of compatible devices with confirmed compatibility can be found here. If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models.

A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.

Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂

I thank you for the response. I am just a little disappointed. I did not realize that i needed to check compatibility before i changed phones. Guess i thought as long as i had an Android phone it should work. It has the proper operating system and such. Not mad just really disappointed in this. I paid good money to upgrade to the Versa 2 from the Alta and now it does not work like it did with my other Samsung Galaxy 7. I just got this Versa 2 in October.  I wish some notifications were available telling to check compatibility before you go and change your phone. Don't think i have ever seen this warning.  You spend good money on something and now can't use it to its fullest capability.  Maybe i missed something.  Lesson learned. I will think twice before i do this again for sure.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
