Hello,
I have set up the device lock on my Fitbit versa 2 and I would like to disable the device lock. How would I do that?

If this ever happens to you and you haven’t put any cards on your versa 2 just click the “enable for Fitbit pay” button and it will say disabled once you leave that page.

Hi Cenzi, there are 2 options the first is factory reset to totally eradicate and the second is to enable pin only for payments. For this option you need to open app on phone and click on profile (photo) top left of screen
> scroll to versa 2 and click on this a
> scroll to device lock and click
> choose option 'use passcode'
> then unlock your PHONE with phone pin
> opt for enable for fit pay only
Good luck, I chose the second option and it worked for me. At least the pin is now only needed to make a payment which I never do anyway. Hope this helps
