Disappointed, black screen and not working

I must say I've been a loyal customer of Fitbit since the Flex came out.  I'm extremely disappointed in their customer service.   There was a time when you would call and say this isn't working and they would say I'm so sorry please let me send you a new one.   NOW, GOING THROUGH their customer service is a headache to say the least.  My Fitbit months ago was dying quickly, reported it..  they wanted me to test it.... Did that... Apparently it passed the get rid of all the things you use the watch for then see how long the battery lasts test... Mind you it was in warranty. NOW, it's out of warranty and just a few months later the black screen of death.  They want me to do a reset on a watch I can't even see the green Fitbit logo on!  It's a mess.  Then the guy tells me oh but you're eligible to get 25% off a new one! 🤣🤣 Never again! Until they improve their customer service I will not buy another one.  They are not people of their word. I HATE FITBIT 😡

I can't say I disagree with you.  I've also been with Fitbit since the Flex device and have owned several devices.  I'm on my second Versa and the display went out on it yesterday.  Apparently, it is still syncing but can't see squat.  I've been very disappointed with the quality of the devices as opposed to customer service.  I'm hoping Google can make a difference in the operation.
