Every other day there’s an issue with my Versa. Wish I still had my Charge 2. Most recently my Versa will not stay connected to Bluetooth on my iPhone. I know all the troubleshooting steps by heart. Is anyone else disappointed in the Versa? This is my third Fitbit and their customer service has always been awesome, but I’m really getting tired of going through troubleshooting steps weekly.

Hi, which iPhone do you use? the iPhones are well known to have problems with the fitbit app. Maybe we can solve that?

Iphones have a habit of switching off all backgroud power drainers when not in actual use like transmitting. It is hard coded by apple to ensure their battery lasts as long as possible, but it is a nightmare for app makers where they need constant monitoring in order to process information, GPS polling on apple products is particularity annoying, bluetooth is another where apple shuts things down to save power and makes it hard for devices to re-initiate communication on the fly.

@SunsetRunner no problems with my Versa through an iPhone 8 plus. Unfortunately I am not qualified to help with your situation (sorry) but at least I'm proof that a Versa-iPhone bluetooth connection can be stable.
