Unbelievable. I have been a customer of fitbit for 7 years. 7 years. I've owned about 4 of their different fitbits. I most recently had a versa 2. I had it for about 2 and a half years, however, doing those years I reached out to fitbit multiple times regarding problems. They never helped me. When my band broke, which has never happened to another one of my fitbits, they sent me a link to their website to spend 40 dollars on a band that's gonna end up breaking again. The most recent problem I had was the heart rate sensor not flashing and therefore not showing any heart rate. I did a factory reset which solved the problem for one day but when the fitbit turned back on, it was showing 2 overlapping screens. I contacted fitbit and after telling me that my warrently expired which I already knew, they once again sent me a link to their website to buy a whole new watch with only a 35% discount. They have officially lost me as a customer after 7 years because I'm not going to spend another 200 dollars on a watch that will continuously have problems.

I'm having the same exact problems! And mine is only 2 1/2 years old as well.

I totally feel your frustration Angela! I've had a Fitbit since they first came out. When my original died, and was replaced, I upgraded to another. I also got a wild hair and bought an Aria scale in order to have a full compliment of products that could work in tandem. The Aria stopped working after about a year. I've tried to get it working but cannot get rid of Err on the display. Total loss there. Replaced with a Wyse Bluetooth scale! Perfectly syncs with my other fitness apps and 1/2 the price, and is over 2 years old!
My Versa Lite dies after 18 months, and was replaced. Now after 1 year it is dead. And the solution...a 35% discount on another purchase?! No thanks.
"There's a saying in Texas, I'm sure its the same in Tennessee. Fool me once..."
A little humor to offset the frustration of trying to trust a company to make something that is more expensive than similar products, but doesn't last longer than a $15 watch that I can purchase at Walmart!
Goodbye Fitbit. It was an experiment that just wasn't worth it.
