I've been having problems with my versa for over a month. I've been in contact with customer service who are next to useless. They have so far got my name wrong, suggested that its my husband's versa and keep implying that there's nothing wrong as their records show that it is syncing.
I wake up EVERY day and the time is wrong. This means that my alarm goes off at the wrong time. It keeps popping up saying that there are Bluetooth issues. Sometimes it stops syncing during the day and it starts to lose time.
Customer service keep suggesting factory reset as if it's some sort of magic cure but it hasn't worked.
I feel very undervalued as a customer as they seem to be implying that I'm lying about it. I love my versa and all I want is for it to work like it did from June til recently. If it's broken then it should be replaced!

Also disappointed in their customer service. Having heart rate issues with versa but also told to reset etc. Now told to wait for software updates. With no time frame. Very frustrating when expect a company to stand behind their product.
