Disappointment on Versa

I have just got my new Versa, I am totally disappointed on the glitches that it has. I am an Android user, expected to have a smoother experience similar to my old 'charge' one.

1. Syncing is not seamless at all with my Android.
2. Notifications do not work as it supposed to, always receive an error message to restart phone, even after doing so, nothing really happens and the error message appears again.

I wish there was an option to refund what I spent on this device. A cheap Mi band can do better I suppose.

I mainly use Redmi smartphones from Xiaomi.
I have tried it in both, Redmi Note Pro 6 and Redmi Note 5, I have also tried OnePlus 5, all with the same experience.
It seems like there are glitches with Android, it works well with iOS I have to say since I tried it with my iPhone X. 

However, I am a heavy Android user as my daily driver. I am unfortunate to expect a smoother experience with Versa.
