Hi everyone! My name is Brendan and I got a 50% discount from my warranty that I wanted to use for this new Fitbit Versa 2. However, the discount doesn't work on the Versa 2 because it's too new (it was just released yesterday). If you guys could just give this post a like to help speed up the process because it would help a lot of people! This is the beauty of the Fitbit Forum! Thank you guys!

I think they may have been referring to the feature suggestions board (here). You post a suggestion on there and then other users vote on suggestions they like, with the most popular suggestions having a greater chance of being considered and implemented.

Hi @brendanleo591, welcome to the community.
This is a user based forum, unfortunately there is nothing us users can do to influence Fitbit into allowing your discount to be used on the Versa 2. This is obviously a business decision and decided as that for whatever reason.

A Fitbit employee told me this was an unlikely, but somewhat proactive way to speed up the process. I understand that this won't change anything, but it certainly doesn't hurt to try!
