I have done everything on every forum to set up this fraggle naggle Versa! One should not have to jump through hoops of fire to enjoy a product. I'm done! And I want my money back!

If you bought your versa direct from fitbit then you have 45 days from purchase to return it for a refund and you can do so via: contact.fitbit.com

 

If you bought it elsewhere then you'll need to return it to them for a refund.
