I have had my Versa for approximately two and a half weeks.

During the second week l observed that the screen shrank to an elongated half display and eventually failed displaying anything at all.

The watch is still operational as it continues syncing with my Samsung Galaxy A3.

I have tried completely running the battery down on the watch, this didn't work, I noticed that the watch had a Firmware update and after recharging the watch this was done also, yet again I still have no display. Therefore I'm unable to enter the settings mode and try a factory reset .

Is my only course of action returning it to the supplier for a REFUND or replacement .

Saddened by the the quick failure of this watch, I have a Surge also, and the failure rate of the Straps were and are still Astronomical.

Try a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.

Try unpairing it and repair it.
