Getting Music on Versa

Hello all,

Please help!!!!!!!!! as i'm not sure how much hair I have left to pull out.

I've just had my brand new Versa and set it up all nice any easy. went to add the music to it, which was one of the main reasons for buying it, and no matter how many ways I try to download it just ends up with a spinning wheel and says estimating transfer time.

I'm running on the Windows 10 app.

I've watched several YouTube videos showing how to do it and problem solving on the FitBit forums and none have been of any use.

The only thing that does not seem to happen is that on the Window 10 App when you go to the Wifi setting it does not pick up any networks.

I know they are there and on my android app it shows as connected to the same network as the computer.

Is this just a way to get you to buy a FitBit dongle - do I need one?

@PMJS Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!  Sorry to hear about your difficulties when adding music to your Versa. Start by restarting your Versa doing the following:

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

If this doesn't resolve the issue then try removing the Fitbit app from your computer and install it again from the Microsoft store. Finally some members have stated that temporarily removing the password on your wifi network helps in the process. Remove the password, transfer your music and then re-enable it.

Let me know how it goes!

All you have to do is click or tap the spinning wheel you're seeing to stop the playlist search process. After you tap the spinning wheel, and it stops the turning animation, you should be able to select the playlist you want to transfer and move on to the next step...simple.

BTW, I think these the moderator post are from bots...same unhelpful answers over and over.
