Display Issue with Versa 2

Hi, 

I am using Fitbit Versa 2 from last 9 months. Just recently I started facing problem with the display. First there were few spots on the display which were not showing then it started increasing and now I just see a blue some green spots in the middle while the entire screen is blank. I have tried the basic troubleshooting steps of long pressing the button for 8 to 10 sec but nothing works. Pitty to see this watch failing so early.its not even a year old.

Can someone help or guide. I have emailed support team as well and waiting be for their response.

Hi @Nikhil770, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the display issue that your Versa 2 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and provide a solution. Please keep an eye on your email account.

Hi Juan,

I did received an email from the support team and I updated them with the email that is linked with my Fitbit. However it's been more than 3 days and I have not heard them. I sent a follow-up email to them yesterday and still waiting for their response. May I seek your help to get an update from them.
