My hubby gifted me Fitbit Versa 2 last month... After one month of use, it accidentally fell down on the floor and screen went black. Luckily after some hours could sync with Fitbit app... But couldn't turn on the screen... Really feel low... Please help me in this regard...

Hi @Ammuvendan Oh dear! Unfortunately accidental damage is not usually covered in the warranty. Try restarting the Versa 2 and try a factory reset, but I kind of doubt they will work. If they dont then contactact Support and see if they are able or willing to help.
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
