Versa lite, trouble syncing and won't keep time

I am struggling to get my fitbit to sync with the app on my phone, this will sometimes take up to 20 minutes of manually trying to sync. Also between syncing times the clock on my versa will not keep up and is constantly lagging, currently 10.56am and versa reads 9.25am.

Hi @Sambanta  What phone are you using? Try restarting the Versa several times and see if that improves things. Also try THIS Help Article on syncing problems.

I am using an Oppo A57, I have restarted it several times hoping it would make a difference but nothing sadly. Will try the other thing, thanks

Unfortunately that phone is not on the Supported Devices List  which may be the cause of the problem. Try everything in the Help Article, but if nothing works then try Customer Support and see if they are able to help
