Hi! I’ve been using my versa for a year or so with no problems. Suddenly yesterday the display disappeared. I’ve tried everything suggested to restart, turn off, turn on, charge etc to no avail. The screen remains black. It was still tracking my data and syncing to the app. Now it won’t charge and remains on low battery even though it’s been charging for over 2 hours. HELP!
