I tried emailing support about this but was unable to get through.
My Fitbit had stopped syncing to my phone a couple weeks ago. It started to just do it once in a while, it was an easy fix-restart it and sync. I actually had to reset the fit bit in order for it to work again. (I figured out how to do this without the help of Fitbit support). I was given a discount on a new device because Fitbit support could not help me fix the problem. While I appreciate the discount, I do not believe I will be using Fitbit anymore. It seems every two years I have to get a new one, and I have had different models every time. I was able to factory reset my Fitbit so it would sync with my phone again, but a week later the heart rate stopped working. Which means it doesn’t keep track of my sleep or my workouts, and I utilize these functions daily. I’ve been an avid Fitbit user for almost 7 years, and I hate to say I am extremely disappointed. For as much money as these watches cost, they should last more than two years.
Again, thank you for the discount, but I will be searching for a new, more reliable brand.
