Hello, 

I was wondering if someone can help me with possible syncing issues.

I bought a Fitbit Versa 2 last weekend, so far so good. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8.

 

Basically, my overall distance says 7.?KM but today, I have done a 24.85KM bike ride but this hasn't synced with the overall distance for the day. 

My active minutes has, as this matches the bike ride.

Is there a way or a setting that can sync these together, otherwise, to see your overall distance for that day you would have to add them up manually, which defeats the point of the app and the watch itself. 

 

I have attached pictures in the hope it's clear. I have tried to speak to an advisor but I'm not sure they understood exactly what I meant.

Hi, I have same problem.  Distance not being recorded, despite GPS switched on.  Was very disappointed to get back from a bike ride to discover no km registered.
