I have been using my new versa (have had charge 2 before) for a couple of weeks now. Love it ! Used it for swimming and other workouts and Works great. Except for when I use bike mode. It connects properly but the distance is incorrect. It is far off! It says different outcomes of thesame trip but more strangely it says 0.94 km or 0.44 km when it is acutally more then 9 km. How can i fix this?

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. Ofcourse I had already read the instructions and I do everything exactly as instructed. I have found out that the Fitbit can make the connection but can't keep the connection. I have to connect it regularly also when I want it to synchronise. I love the device, but I am not satisfied with this problem as you can probably imagine. Since there is still warranty I was wondering if it is possible to get the device checked or perhaps send me a new one when I send this back?
Kind regards,
Suzanne
