I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with updating your Fitbit Versa. I appreciate your efforts to resolve this. Please make sure you connect your device to Wi-Fi to update the firmware. I don't recommend using Bluetooth, or Bluetooth Low Energy (Bluetooth LE) to update the firmware because it can take hours to complete the process. Hi
i appreciate the advice below however I have tried both via WIFI and Bluetooth and neither is working. My WIFI is strong and not an issue I just cannot seem to update the tracker.
very frustrating I think there maybe an issue with the device
