Distance not updating on exercise tracker-Versa 2

Hi - I have a Versa 2 and my daily walks / step count update fine on the front dashboard and record the miles covered, but if I go to the daily exercise section the distance doesn’t update there...all other elements update fine. I am on latest updates not sure what else to check. Thank you

Thank you for the information provided.

 

Please try the following steps:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your phone

- Log back into the Fitbit app

 

Whether this doesn't help, you can set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
