Distance on Bike

The distance feature is not working for me on bike rides. Tracks time, calories etc

Any ideas?

Hello @johnzwhite and welcome to the Help forums.  Are you using the Exercise app on your Versa 2 to track your bike rides or are you using the auto-recognition feature?  You need to use the Exercise app with GPS on to get a distance.  Auto-recognition does not give a distance for any exercise.

@johnzwhite   When you go to the Bike page on the Exercise app on the Versa 2 screen, are you getting the confirmation that your Versa 2 is connected to your phone?  The animated phone says connecting.  When you connect, your Versa 2 vibrates and the screen says connected.
