here are two screen shots of my sleep info on the watch. Notice there isn’t anything separating the hour to minutes, so instead of reading 7:10 , it’s just 710. Same issue on the second page sleep stage break down as well. Is this normal ?

@bigtwister No, this is not normal. Your first shot should be 7h 10m. Likewise, each entry on the second shot should have "h" and "m" for the "les heures" and "les minutes". Has your display always been like this? You can try a restart. If that doesn't work, try a factory reset -- I had to do a factory reset once on my Versa.
See if that helps.

Well get this. After factory reset and update. Now the Fitbit won’t boot into system. After almost 8 hours of installing this extremely long update, the Fitbit will stuck on a boot loop. It will never boot into the system while my phone says it’s perpetually updating and the Fitbit itself restarts a few seconds after a flashing white logo appears, then boot back into the multi language set up message.
since I cannot go into the system, I cannot factory reset it again, so what do I do now ?

@bigtwister I think you should contact Support . The link is the US Support page. I don't know your location. If you are not in the US, you should use the "Help" link at the bottom of every page.
