Does Versa connect with Windows 10?

I am unable to get my PC (windows 10) to recognize the Versa. When I plug in the USB I get a beep from the computer, but no listing of the device. This is the 2nd Versa I've tried! What am I doing wrong???

It doesn't work and sync via USB. You can only sync it via Bluetooth.

Hi, if you want to connect your Versa to Windows 10, you will need to do the following:

1. Go to the settings in your Versa and to BT and set it to pairing.

2. Open settings on your Laptop/PC and press settings.

3. Enable BT and press adding a BT device

4. Windows will start searching for it.

5. Once Found the Versa will be in the list of your connected BT devices

My Versa is paired with my Windows 10 PC via Bluetooth, but it will not synchronize. Do you have any other tips or hints?
