Does anyone from FitBit even read these?

I just bought the Versa Lite. It wouldn’t sync the first day (I tried 3x) - charged it again. Now I’m on day 3 and it won’t sync with my IPhone 8. Frustrating for a $160 device and I don’t see any resolution on these similar posts.

A moderator will stumble across a post and may decide to answer, but @shellers93 please be aware that this is a comunity forum and by posting here you are asking help from the comunity of Fitbit users some of which may have as much knowledge as a moderator, being that we have a few ex Fitbit employees. 

 

Now a moderator is able to open a support case for you, a step that you also could do by contacting fitbit.

 

For sync issues I suggest looking at the help doc, this is what the moderator will suggest.
