Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for sharing your feedback about this feature. Let me clarify that currently certain devices including the Versa 2 can log your skin temperature each night. If you have a Fitbit Premium subscription, you can see more detailed information about your skin temperature variation trends.
As you may know, while an actual number won't be displayed, you'll see your skin temperature variation from your personal baseline. However, you need to sleep with your watch at least 3 nights in order for the Fitbit app to estimate your personal baseline temperature. So, please continue wearing your watch to sleep and make sure to sync as soon as you're awake to check these details. For more information, I'd recommend this help article.

I understand you don't make those decisions, but...
Typical that I have paid for devices with either SP02 or temperature capabilities (Charge 3 that "white-screened after 15 months and two Versa 2s) after FitBit has pointed out the devices have those functionalities and then don't follow through with providing statistics gleaned from those capabilities and then much later start charging extra to do so.
Pretty lame in my opinion.
Even the free SP02 clock face for the Versa 2 that I installed today looks pretty weak - you get what you pay for - OR NOT. I suspect I will be going back to my previous clock face within 24 hours.

I am sorry I went premium for this feature and the watch says that my temperature is 0 degrees. I think the question is: is there an actual physical sensor? Or have I just wasted the premium option on this?

Too bad Fitbit has limited some of its functionality and decided to lock some of its customers behind a paywall.
No hard feeling Lizzy just general feedback if that helps.

Can this temperature (using Premium feature on Versa 2) be used for charting fertility?

Hi Lizzy, I have a new Versa 2 & 6 months worth of premium membership but I am getting no skin temperature readings. Is there something I need to do to get it to work?
