Hi!
I've just got a Fitbit Versa smartwatch.
Is it possible to sync it using WiFi instead of BT? What is more, can I get a real time data from heart-beat?
Regards,
M.

Hello @miloszLP, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that when you are using a feature that uses WiFi, like transferring music, your Versa can sync. However, WiFi on the Versa disables automatically after a few minutes to prevent battery loss, which is why your watch syncs through Bluetooth. So, it is possible to sync through WiFi but not all the time.
Now, when it comes to the real-time data. Are you referring to the heart rate data shown in the watch or in the app? Could you please elaborate a bit more about this?
Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day.
