@KimCDA have you tried rebooting your tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears? Are the Notifications On on the tracker ? Press and hold the left button to open quick menu and toggle the Notifications OFF/ON several times. Finally, does your tracker sync (when was the last sync?) without issues and are the Notifications enabled within the FITBIT mobile app?
Best AnswerJust received a FitBit Versa Lite on Mother's Day. worked alright for a couple of days. Now won't give notifications of incoming phone calls nor does it vibrate. Looked online for answers. Some say to restart or reboot. I can't find any videos for this for the Versa Lite. Makes me want to take it back to the purchase place and exchange it. I only have one button on my watch. Any videos showing how to reboot? I am making this harder than it is. Just want to do it correctly.
