This doesn’t work with strava. Don’t give me that link to allow it to work that doesn’t work. I can use the watch to see my run times on strava but strava will not see my heart rate on the watch.

 

when will they fix this?

I’m wondering if this is just how it is. I can get it to sync stuff from Fitbit excercise mode into strava however I can have strava open and use Fitbit to grab heart rate which is how I lose features.

If your referring to the Strava app on the Versa, this is only used to access your Strava account. It will not record your runs to Strava.

For this you will need to connect your Strava account to Fitbit.

As for the heart rate @frop1 as Fitbit users we will not be able to answer this question.

Saying that it doesn't work the way you expected does not mean that it necessarily is broken our needs fixing. I believe there heart rate has recently been added to the API and if so this may not be possible.
