My versa is currently locked and I can’t unlock it with my iPhone. I tried and it kept saying error so I tried removing the versa from my account and setting it up again. Only now I can’t set it up as it’s locked and it’s not on my account to change the pin. I’ve tried to factory reset it and it does nothing

If the factory reset didnt help then you need to contact Support (link in my signature)
