clock face help

I am trying to switch from one face to another, but keep getting message that it is "unable to connect to Versa. Make sure your fit bit is nearby and powered on and try again". I am wearing my fit bit and  it is fully charged . What the heck do I do?

Actually--surprise-- my own human error.Did not have Bluetooth turned on in  my Versa app, only on my phone. Problem solved. Thank you!

Being a Galaxy Android device, the first thing I would do is clear the cache of the Fitbit app. Then restart the phone, Android still has memory management problems.

I think I would then restart the Versa by  holding in both the left and lower right buttons.

Have you had problems syncing?
