Don’t bother buying this product. I’ve contacted Fitbit support at least five times over notification issues. They don’t fix the problem and won’t replace/refund the watch with the issue. Five times and the response is always the same “they are working on it and it’ll be resolved soon” How soon? It’s been MONTHS with the same problem. I follow ALL the steps, I do exactly as I’ve been told to do. And if you’re on chat, on your phone, they don’t seem to realize you’ll lose your place in chat if you go do the things YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE. Five times and no results. If you’ve already purchased one, good luck. Mine is faulty and they won’t help

I can understand your frustration. I also many years ago gave up on Fitbit but in trying other brands they just didn’t do everything I wanted so ended up going back to Fitbit, they frustrate me aswell as I can’t even access mine atm so it’s just a watch. I definitely won’t even bother with fitness watches once this one dies. Apparently they’re bad for your health anyways as they give off too much EMF meaning your soaking in the radiation constantly.

I think I’ll switch to an Apple Watch after this fiasco. The support team is useless.
