Hi! I recently received my Fitbit versa as a gift and I was very excited when I found out you could upload music to it! However, I quickly learned you could not use the music from your mobile device (iPhone/iPad). This is a problem for me because the computer I have makes it EXTREMELY difficult to even upload the music I listen to on my phone to the computer itself. This process would include me searching for all of the songs I currently own on my phone on the computer and manually rebuilding my playlists- which I do not have time for. Is there any possible way I could avoid this inconvenient process? I’m disappointed in the difficulty of this process all to simply download music on my new Fitbit. What about people who don’t have computers? There has to be a way to fix this.

At the moment there's no way around this limitation. You may want to add your vote to the following feature suggestion to allow music to be loaded from a phone. The more votes it gets, the more likely they are to consider it.
