Hi 

Can someone plz tell me if i am doubg something wrong. It obly gets to 2 out of 3 abd stops at 10% and never gets any further. I have restarted my fone switched bluetooth off and deleted fit bit and re downloaded switched my fone off and still nothin...

Please help

2 out of 3 of what? 

 

What type of device are you updating through? 

Have you tried with both WiFi and Bluetooth on the versa? Versa lite only has Bluetooth. 

 

Have you restarted both the tracker and the phone? 

Updated the Fitbit app.
