Versa won't power back on

My Versa wasn't syncing so I went into settings and shut it down to reset it.  Now it won't power back on.  When I hold the button, the screen stays black.  Also doesn't light up when I put on my charger.  It's only 8 months old.  Any ideas?

  • I'm having the same issue apart from the syncing bit,turned mine off last night as I do every night and it won't switch on this morning. I updated mine yesterday so wandering if it's because of that?

Same I used to turn mine off every night but since the update it wont turn on without a rest and this drains the power and the time is wrong. Its 8 months old

This just happened to mine this morning!!  I've already had a replacement sent once!!

After reading the forum responses ( for hours), I found one that worked.  I held the left button (back button) and the bottom right side button down until the Fitbit logo came back on, then let them go.  It's on now.  Fingers crossed it stays that way.  Thanks everyone for the feedback!Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Mine turned back on but still does not sync, says failed, could not find.

I saw that there was a reply to this post. I had the same issue happen this morning and not sure as to why this happened. I received a notification (after the update) on my watch to charge the device, and then it completely shut off.  I tried to charge the device, however would not charge. I saw the reply about the left (back button) and the bottom right button, and held it down until the fitbit logo showed up.  This resolved the issue, and is now charging! Thank you for posting this, hope this helps others!
