I know I can’t be the only one with this issue. This is my second watch that the face/screen just popped off without any force or accident. The first one came off before the year was up from purchase so I was still u set warranty. This one I’ve only had for 8 months and the same thing happened. I’m not even that active for this to be an issue. I called Fitbit and they will not replace this peace of garbage. The least they can do is repair it. They can only offer a discount for me to buy another one. Why would I buy another peace of garbage when they can’t help me with their defective product. I will never buy another Fitbit product again. I will take my business elsewhere.

I don't know if your unit is still under warranty. But a search will bring up posts with instructions on how to glue the screen back on.
