How much effort is required to give simple app by Fitbit in place of drivebit so that I don’t have to carry my phone everywhere.

Hi @Fareed. I’d like to help but need more information since I do not understand your question.

  • Which Fitbit device do you have?
  • Which phone do you sync to?  
  • What is it you want to accomplish with your Fitbit device without your smart phone nearby.

Appologies to reply you so late.

Fitbit Versa can't differentiate the driving from steps and whenever you drive, it starts counting steps.

Actually,it  should not do this and should be able to detect the drive mode.

For now the workaround is drivebit app. Such app may be given on watch itself instead of phone.
