Hi! 

 

I just got the Fitbit Versa about a week ago. Everything was going great until today...When someone texts me once, it comes onto my Fitbit 3-5 times with the same text. I have also noticed it started lagging when I go to turn on the screen or I am swiping through the screens. Any thoughts on a resolution?

Hi @gorgolcallie Have you tried restarting your Versa (hold down the left button and bottom right button until you see you the Fitbit logo). I had this same thing happen to me yesterday after turning my phone back on after a flight. Once I restarted the issue stopped. 

Hope this does the trick for you too.
