Several issues going on.
1) added a sleep O2 sat function and since then my versa lite is glitchy. I thought I deleted this feature, but it won't go away.
2) my versa lite either won't monitor my heart rate (just nothing) or says I have a 200 heart rate when I'm sitting.
3) I don't like the new activity circle. My versa lite says I did 600 mins of activity and I burned 5000 calories. I know this is not true.
4) The battery drains dead after 3/4 of a day.
Of note:
I recently cancelled premium because I don't need or want the fancy stuff.
If my fit bit is messed up this will be the 2nd I've had to send back my Xmas present in less than a year, which is an inconvenience.
I don't want to upgrade when I'm already having problems with the product.
Would it be beneficial to just try a factory and app reset? If so, how do I do this?
