Dysfunctional and Inoperative Fitbit Versa lite

Hello i have Fitbit versa Lite and it is nit at all working it is not even getting start and it is just 4 days old  you claim to have 4+ days battery life but its battery dose not even lasts for a day. I'm very Disappointed  from this brand its notification is not working and now the Fitbit has totally stopped working and i have been trying to contact your customer service team but they are not at all helping me out and not even replying me on mails. I need my refund now i need  my money back.

Firstly you claimed to have 24 hrs delivery which you failed very badly and then you delivered  me this piece of scrap !!!!! what the hell should i do with it now??? it is of no use for me i havent used it for a single day will all its features.

 

I trusted this brand i trusted this Fitbit this was the bad decision to trust your brand.

 

I need an urgent refund right  now and a reply too kindly reply and give some solution

@Muskan Did it work 4 days ago? What exactly happened? Have you tried placing it in the charging dock - does the screen lit up? Are the LED lights on the back of the tracker blinking? When was the last sync (open fitbit mobile app, tap on your avatar to open Account settings, scroll down to Versa and check the time stamp for last sync). If your Versa is dead dead and does not respond to placing on the charger, you can try this:

 

  1. wipe the charging contacts with alcohol, place on the charger and let charge for several hours
  2. perform a factory reset using the back button
    1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
    2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
      1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
      2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.
