My fitbit was working fine until a few mins ago. The screen is black I could somewhat see green lines. I did a reset and now down even see lines. It will not turn on. It is charged at 74%. I am a cancer patient, my resting heart beat has been high and this is how I track it. Help

@Tasha24 If you see that your versa's battery is at 74%, it means it's still on and syncs. Is that correct? Can you verify that (open fitbit mobile app, tap on your avatar picture to open Account settings, scroll down to Versa and check the time stamp for sync). By reset, do you mean a reboot as described here? If you have tried rebooting your tracker several times and still no go, please try performing a factory reset (restoring the tracker to factory defaults):

  1. Press and hold all 3 buttons until Fitbit logo appears (this may take up to 3 minutes)
  2. Release the bottom right button
  3. Wait until you feel strong vibration and release the other buttons.

You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.

You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

If you're not successful with the factory reset, I am afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page.
